Social Media Manager

Position: Full Time
Salary: $40,000-$55,000

We’re looking for a full-time social media manager to join our team! You would be responsible for developing content with our marketing and design team for web, social, print and more.

This is the perfect position for anyone looking to exercise their creative muscles, working with multiple clients and brands in various industries. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter, who loves creating engaging content and keeps up with the latest trends in social media. 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop social media marketing strategies for our clients
  • Develop social media content for clients and internally on various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to increase community engagement online
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, come up with ideas, and draft concepts related to the overall content strategy
  • Create high-quality content in collaboration with other team members or autonomously
  • Create a brand persona through the brand’s online channels
  • Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis
  • Engage in social and community management (replying to comments, sharing relevant content, etc.)
  • Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
  • Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company’s social following organically
  • Schedule content on all platforms (social, web, email, etc.)

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Video Production or related fields


  • 2+ years experience in social media content creation with portfolio of work
  • Experience managing social media accounts (creating posts, scheduling, community engagement)


  • Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms
  • Intermediate design experience (Adobe, Figma, Canva, etc.) or proven ability to pick up tools easily
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (French an asset!)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet short deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
