Office Administrator

Position: Full Time
Salary: $45,000-$55,000

We’re looking for a full-time office admin to join our team! You would be responsible for making sure that the admin duties are carried out smoothly and efficiently. 

This is the perfect position for anyone looking to work in a fast-paced environment that handles multiple clients at the same time.

Your responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping, budgeting and other account management
  • Managing invoices and other requirements internally and for clients
  • Payroll, vacation management, and more duties
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Assist in the implementation of new administrative procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments 
  • Assisting the president with client management and notetaking 
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations

Education

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting/Bookkeeping

Experience

  • 2+ years experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and project coordination
  • Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet short deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Quickbooks ** Essential
  • GMail, Google Drive & Google Workspace Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Project Management Tools (ClickUp)
