Digital Marketer Position: Full Time Salary: $40k-55k Published: March 20, 2023 We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketer to join our team! This individual will contribute to existing marketing initiatives, while also leading the team in the development of new strategies aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of marketing skills, including communications, branding, digital marketing, social media, and email. They are experienced in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives while managing and inspiring a team. They are comfortable with day-to-day marketing tasks, as well as long-term strategy and overseeing performance. The Digital Marketer must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. What You’ll Do As a Digital Marketer, you’ll be the main resource on both internal and external mandates, and oversee internal members of the agency (marketing, design, and development departments) in regard to marketing deliverables. Oversee and develop strategies and other marketing-related activities for both our clients and internally at the agency. Serving as the go-to resource to understand marketing ecosystems and best practices for elements like campaigning, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategies, etc. Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve business goals, as well as bring new ideas and insights to the table to help improve our overall service offering. Managing the marketing and design teams in ensuring quality deliverables for our clients as well as leading our internal marketing strategy. Work with key stakeholders to understand their marketing objectives and synthesize them into deliverables. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the President, you will: Be client-facing to speak to timing & deliverables — managing internal resources and ensuring projects are staying on track with the timeline to meet the deadline Work with the Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverables touch bases/presentations Develop and write the briefs for the creative and production teams Supervise the creation and production process of content across various marketing channels (web, email, social, PPC, etc.); Oversee and manage the creation of various digital marketing strategies (complete digital ecosystem, multichannel approach, B2B, B2C, ABM, lead-generation, content); Maintain the quality control of deliverables for multiple clients; Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices for web, email and social; Assist the teams on day-to-day tasks in content, design, and marketing About Third Wunder We’re a diverse team of thinkers, doers and creators called ThirdWunder, a digital marketing agency based in downtown Montréal. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or a related field Experience 2-3+ years of digital marketing experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties. **agency experience is an asset Qualifications Understanding of project management processes as it pertains to timeline management and communicating deadlines with internal team members and clients Understands strategic development and can make recommendations to execution Excellent people person, comfortable with video conference tools driving campaign calls with clients and presenting Strong understanding of online marketing research tools and marketing best practices An agile approach to problem-solving and a hunger for learning new things Positive attitude, perseverance, and drive to meet objectives Outgoing, adaptable, and inquisitive personality Excellent English written and oral communication skills (French, a huge plus).
