Business Development Executive


Third Wunder is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive with a passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, fluent in English and French as a bonus, and skilled in leading video calls. They should have experience with CRM software and be goal-oriented to effectively nurture business relationships. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team, with responsibilities that include developing sales plans, generating new leads, attending networking events, and maintaining business documentation.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to handle complex information, and possess strong organizational skills. This position is perfect for someone who is driven, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is proactive in exceeding goals and seeking new opportunities. Additionally, there is an exciting opportunity to develop business outside of Canada and nurture clients in the US, Australia, and Dubai.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Tracking and identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
  • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Working with a diverse team of staff and managers
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals

Your Skills and Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual with excellent of English, both written and spoken, and French language skills.
  • Adept at using video conferencing tools to lead client discussions effectively.
  • Positive and driven individual with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team structure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
  • Well-developed communication skills in-person and in a variety of media
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
